By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or using any Safe & Sound product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
All Safe & Sound products are designed and supplied strictly for display purposes only.
While manufactured to a high standard, such products do not guarantee, and shall not be interpreted as guaranteeing, complete protection against environmental exposure, physical damage, accidental impact, or long-term material degradation.
No representation or warranty is given that the use of a Safe & Sound product will preserve, maintain, or enhance the condition or value of any collectible item placed within it.
Safe & Sound products do not provide protection against ultraviolet (UV) exposure.
All display cases and any items contained within them must be always kept entirely out of sunlight, whether direct or indirect. Exposure to sunlight, artificial UV sources, or heat may result in fading, discolouration, warping, heat build-up, or material degradation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe & Sound accepts no liability for any damage, deterioration, or loss arising directly or indirectly from environmental exposure, including but not limited to sunlight, UV radiation, or heat.
Products must be used, stored, and maintained in stable indoor environments that are:
Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, including but not limited to excessive humidity, condensation, poor airflow, enclosed heat-retaining environments, or extreme temperature fluctuations, may result in damage to the product or its contents.
Safe & Sound accepts no responsibility or liability for damage arising from failure to maintain appropriate environmental conditions.
All products must be handled with due care and placed on stable, level, and secure surfaces.
Products must be used strictly for their intended purpose as display cases for collectible items. Any misuse, including but not limited to:

Safe & Sound reserves the right to refuse any claim where it reasonably determines that a product has been misused or subjected to improper handling following delivery.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any collectible item is suitable for placement within the display case, including compatibility in respect of dimensions, weight, and structural fit.
All product dimensions are provided as guidance only and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Incorrect sizing, incompatibility, or failure to verify suitability prior to purchase does not constitute a fault and shall not qualify for return, refund, or claim.
Due to the inherent nature of acrylic materials and manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur, including but not limited to:
Such characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for return.
Risk in the product transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
Any damage sustained in transit must be reported in accordance with the Safe & Sound Returns & Refunds Policy, including submission within the required timeframe and provision of supporting photographic evidence.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of the claim.

In all circumstances, Safe & Sound’s total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
