Safe & Sound Premium Collectible Cases Ltd (“Safe & Sound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) supplies precision-manufactured acrylic display cases intended solely for the presentation and general protective display of collectible items.
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or otherwise using any product supplied by Safe & Sound, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that such products are designed for display purposes only and do not constitute, nor are they represented as providing, comprehensive or absolute protection against all environmental, physical, chemical, or long-term material risks.
For the avoidance of doubt, no Safe & Sound product shall be construed as guaranteeing preservation, conservation, or protection of any item placed within it, whether against ultraviolet (UV) exposure, ambient environmental conditions, accidental damage, or degradation over time.
Any collectible items depicted in product imagery, promotional material, website content, or advertising—including but not limited to action figures, statues, or other display pieces—are shown strictly for illustrative purposes only and are not included in any purchase unless expressly stated in writing.
All purchases relate solely to the display case product itself.
While Safe & Sound products may provide a degree of physical separation from external environmental factors, they are not designed, tested, or warranted to prevent ultraviolet (UV) exposure or associated effects.
Customers are expressly advised that all display cases and their contents must be kept entirely out of sunlight, whether direct or indirect.
Exposure to natural or artificial UV light may result in, without limitation, fading, discolouration, heat accumulation, material distortion, and chemical degradation affecting both the display case and any enclosed items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe & Sound disclaims all liability for any damage, loss, or deterioration arising directly or indirectly from exposure to sunlight, UV radiation, or heat.
All products must be stored, displayed, and maintained in a stable, cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are not subjected to conditions including, but not limited to, excessive humidity, condensation, poor airflow, enclosed heat-retaining environments, or extreme temperature fluctuations.
Failure to maintain appropriate environmental conditions may result in material deformation, warping, condensation build-up, or degradation of acrylic components.
Safe & Sound accepts no liability for any damage resulting from environmental conditions outside of reasonable indoor display use.
Safe & Sound display cases are not airtight, hermetically sealed, waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant, or shatterproof.
They are designed to reduce, but not eliminate, exposure to dust, handling, and general environmental contact.
No representation or warranty is given that external contaminants, particulate matter, or environmental factors will be fully excluded.
All products must be handled with appropriate care and positioned on stable, level, and secure surfaces. Improper handling, application of excessive force, overloading, unsuitable placement, or failure to follow reasonable handling standards may result in scratching, cracking, structural failure, or breakage.
Safe & Sound accepts no liability for damage to products, surrounding property, or personal injury arising from misuse, mishandling, negligent placement, or failure to adhere to reasonable standards of care.
Safe & Sound products are not toys and are not intended for use by children.
Acrylic materials may fracture or shatter if subjected to impact or stress, potentially resulting in sharp edges or fragments.
Products must be kept out of reach of children unless under appropriate adult supervision.
Safe & Sound accepts no liability for injury, harm, or damage resulting from improper or unintended use.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any items placed within a display case are suitable in terms of dimensions, weight, and compatibility.
All product dimensions provided are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.
Safe & Sound does not manufacture, supply, or warrant any collectible items displayed within its products and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the condition, preservation, longevity, or market value of such items.
The placement, storage, maintenance, and insurance of collectibles remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
No representation is made that the use of a Safe & Sound product will preserve, enhance, or maintain the value of any collectible item.
Due to the inherent characteristics of acrylic materials and standard manufacturing processes, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including but not limited to light surface marks, micro-scratches, optical reflections, and minor dimensional tolerances.
Such characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects. Improper cleaning methods, including the use of abrasive materials, alcohol-based cleaners, ammonia-based products, or unsuitable chemicals, may cause irreversible damage and shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk in the product transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
Any transit-related damage must be reported in accordance with our delivery and returns policy.
Safe & Sound reserves the right to reject any claim not reported within a reasonable and specified timeframe.
Products must be used strictly for their intended purpose as display cases for collectible items.
Any use outside of this intended purpose—including but not limited to modification, alteration, commercial repurposing, structural interference, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions—shall render any eligibility for return, refund, or claim null and void.
Safe & Sound reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any claim where it reasonably determines that a product has been misused, altered, or damaged following delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Safe & Sound Premium Collectible Cases Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of collectible value, or third-party claims.
In all circumstances, Safe & Sound’s total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
Nothing in this disclaimer shall exclude or limit any statutory rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure appropriate usage, placement, care, and ongoing maintenance of all products, as well as compliance with any applicable local safety, regulatory, or insurance requirements.
Customers are further responsible for ensuring that any high-value items are adequately insured.
