Safe & Sound Premium Collectible Cases Ltd (“Safe & Sound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts returns strictly in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation. Customers may request a return of eligible products within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For the avoidance of doubt, all Safe & Sound products are supplied strictly for display purposes only, and any use outside of this intended purpose will render the product ineligible for return, refund, or claim.
Due to the inherent nature of acrylic materials and standard manufacturing processes, minor surface marks, micro-scratches, optical reflections, and dimensional tolerances may occur. Such characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for return.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any collectible item intended for use with the product is suitable in terms of dimensions, weight, and compatibility. Incorrect sizing, incompatibility, or failure to verify suitability prior to purchase does not constitute a fault and shall not qualify for return or refund.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery. Any damage sustained in transit must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must be supported by clear photographic evidence. Safe & Sound reserves the right to refuse any claim submitted outside of this timeframe or where insufficient evidence is provided.
Where a return is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe & Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of collectible value, loss of opportunity, or third-party claims.
Nothing in this policy shall exclude or limit any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
